When to get involved for a vehicle release

Typical scenarios where an Agero agent will require your or your contact center team’s support:

  1. Release authorization over your organization’s limit
  2. Hold Harmless authorization where an Agero agent will require information
  3. If we are unable to get ahold of the customer to get information from them
