1. Log into Swoop and click on the job you are interested in.
2. Click on the History tab.
3. For any event where a text message was sent, you will notice a blue chat icon.
This icon appears to denote that an SMS has been sent to the customer.
4. Scroll over this icon, you can ready the details of the text.
This will help you better understand all details of the customer experience directly within Swoop.
