After a job has been completed, it will be moved to the Done tab on the dashboard. To located a completed job:
1. Click on the Done tab from the dashboard
2. Use the search function to locate the case needed. You can search by any attribute of the job including case number, job number, name, notes text, policy number, city, state, event type etc.
3. Cases that meet your search criteria will be listed. Click on the case to view details.
