How do I locate a customer?

If need to enter a service request for a customer who is not located at a designated address, or is unfamiliar with their address, you can easily locate them. Here's how:

1. Click the NEW JOB button to create a job.

2. Enter the customer's mobile phone number and then click on the REQUEST LOCATION button to send an SMS to the customer. 

4. Customer will receive an SMS with a link that they can use to confirm their location. You'll see a "Request Delivered" message. You can enter the rest of the job details while you wait for the customer to respond.

5. When the customer confirms their address, it will populate in the A location and the message above it will update.

6. Once all the fields are filled out and the location is confirmed, just click the create job button!
