How do I search and download a Tow invoice from Accident Dashboard?

1. Log into the Accident Management Dashboard using your email address, you will see the home screen.
2. Enter the exact claim number into the search box in the upper right corner of the screen and hit enter. All cases for the Claim will be displayed.
   1. A Live Accident Scene Tow may also be referred to as an Accident Scene Tow or an ASM so there may be one case labelled ASM
   2. A Tow from Business, Storage, Residence may also be referred to as a secondary tow or a VRM. There may be a second case labelled VRM.
3. Click on the claim number and it will display the case, in the upper right corner click on the “Generate Invoice” and it will open the PDF invoice for the claim for you to download.
