Participating dealerships can follow the instructions below to get their program up and running:
Step 1: Download the App
To sign up, you'll first need to download the app. Look for the "Swoop Towing App" for iOS or Android.
Step 2: Reset password
Once you've downloaded the app, you'll need to set a password and log-in. To do this click “Forgot password” on mobile or use our reset password link here: https://app.joinswoop.com/#forgotPassword
then enter your email. Check your email for an automated message from Swoop where you’ll be linked to create a new password.*
*Please note - If you do not receive an email within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder. If you do not receive the email, please reach out to your Roadside Assistance contact at the Dealership to confirm your Dealership/User is set up appropriately to utilize this Mobile Service program.
