The current status the job is at. This column is visible on the dashboard. Status history can be viewed from the history tab for a given job.
The following are status types:
- Job created - This indicated when a job has been created. If you would like to be notified when a job has been created with your dealer as the tow destination, then select this item under email notifications.
- Job scheduled - This status is used for jobs that are scheduled more than 2 hours in advance. If you would like to be notified when a job is scheduled which has your dealership as the tow destination, select this status under email notifications.
- En route - This status means that the service provider is on their way to the customer.
- On site - This status indicates that the provider is on site with the customer at the disablement location. When the job moves to towing, they are en route to your facility.
- Towing - This status indicates that the service provider has loaded the vehicle and is in the process of towing to your facility. This may be a useful status to enable notifications for.
- Cancelled - This signals that a Service Provider or Carvana has cancelled the job request. This could be for a number of reasons but the primary ones are either that move was no longer needed by Carvana or that a provider can’t service that move. If a provider cancels a job, another job will typically be created for that vehicle.
- GOA - “Gone on Arrival” or GOA could indicate that a service provider couldn’t find your vehicle. If this is the case, you will need to submit a new job request.
