How can customers get support when requesting through mobile web?

Customers can get live chat support or request a call back directly within the mobile web and web app experience. Here's how:

1. Customer can click on the phone icon in the upper right corner.

2. Customer will then be given the option to either chat or request a call back.

3. With Chat, the customer will be prompted through questions to gather details about their request and then connected to a live chat agent.

After the customer has been assisted, they can complete their intake request by simply exiting the chat.
