How do I verify coverage for commercial fleets?

For our clients supporting commercial fleets, there may be many vehicles associated with the same member number. We have designed our search to make it easy to find the vehicle you are looking for in Swoop.

1. Log into Swoop and click the new job button in the upper right corner to get started.

2.  Select a customer look-up type. These options may vary based on the configuration of your program.

3. Enter the customer identifier based on your lookup selection and click search.

4. If there are a large number of vehicles associated with the search, then a panel will appear with the list and search so that you can further refine as needed.
