Self-service reporting

SEARCH CURRENT JOBS QUICKLY AND EASILY TO BETTER ASSIST CUSTOMERS

  1. On the Home tab, click “Claims Detail” under the Reports section. This will take you to the Reports tab
  2. Once in the Claims Details Report page, you will be able to view all open cases as well as filter cases by policy state, case origin, status, and timeframe.
  3. View additional report details and case history by clicking the linked claim number under the “Claim #” column
  4. View additional report details and case history by clicking the linked claim number under the “Claim #” column. Case History will be displayed at the bottom of the report.
