SEARCH CURRENT JOBS QUICKLY AND EASILY TO BETTER ASSIST CUSTOMERS
- On the Home tab, click “Claims Detail” under the Reports section. This will take you to the Reports tab
- Once in the Claims Details Report page, you will be able to view all open cases as well as filter cases by policy state, case origin, status, and timeframe.
- View additional report details and case history by clicking the linked claim number under the “Claim #” column
- View additional report details and case history by clicking the linked claim number under the “Claim #” column. Case History will be displayed at the bottom of the report.
