Agero obtains the breakdown of any release charges associated with moving a vehicle from storage/impound.
The Agero case owner will seek approval from the client prior to payment if the release charges exceed a previously established limit set by the client.
Once Agero itemizes the Advance Charges and submits the request, charges can be approved by locating the case in the AM Dashboard
An Agero associate will continue to attempt to contact the client approver until the charges are approved or declined.
NOTE: To avoid unnecessary case delays, please be sure to follow-up with the Agero associate as soon as possible, preferably using AM Dashboard Chat or the Contact Agero button.
