CANCELLING A CASE
If the customer calls and indicates that they no longer need a tow, go into the Accident Management Dashboard to cancel the case (when applicable).
- To cancel, visit the Reports tab in the Accident Management Dashboard.
- Search for the case you wish to cancel and click the linked Claim # to view the case details. Learn more about searching for cases here.
- Click the Contact Agero button on the Accident Management Dashboard.
- A drop-down menu will display. Select "Cancel Case"
NOTE: If a case has already been dispatched, the Cancel Case option will no longer be available.
