CANCELLING A CASE

If the customer calls and indicates that they no longer need a tow, go into the Accident Management Dashboard to cancel the case (when applicable).

  1. To cancel, visit the Reports tab in the Accident Management Dashboard.
  2. Search for the case you wish to cancel and click the linked Claim # to view the case details. Learn more about searching for cases here.
  3. Click the Contact Agero button on the Accident Management Dashboard.
  4. A drop-down menu will display. Select "Cancel Case"
NOTE: If a case has already been dispatched, the Cancel Case option will no longer be available.
