Research past jobs quickly and easily to better assist customers
- Click on the Done tab from the Dashboard to view all completed jobs.
- Use the search bar on the dashboard to search by customer name.
- Review event history and service required to anticipate customer needs.
TIP: Click on the History Tab within an event to see the details with time stamps.
