History

The history tab can be accessed by clicking on the down arrow on the far right from the dashboard view in Swoop.

The history tab contains a log of each status change as well as other system generated events like surveys and text messages sent.

Events are listed from most recent to least recent and each event is timestamped.

Additional details such as the specific text message wording can be accessed by clicking on the blue chat bubble.

Also, if the address has been update, this will be indicated with a pencil icon and the specifics can be viewed by hovering over the icon.
