NEEDS ATTENTION

Cases that require additional action or approval will be displayed under the Need Attention tab in the Accident Management Dashboard

1. Cases with vehicles currently in storage and require a tow destination will be displayed by a maps pin icon
2. Cases where approval of release charges are required will be displayed by a dollar sign icon

NOTE: To help minimize delays, please check the Need Attention tab periodically throughout each day to ensure any cases that require additional information are actioned quickly
