Cases that require additional action or approval will be displayed under the Need Attention tab in the Accident Management Dashboard
- Cases with vehicles currently in storage and require a tow destination will be displayed by a maps pin icon
- Cases where approval of release charges are required will be displayed by a dollar sign icon
NOTE: To help minimize delays, please check the Need Attention tab periodically throughout each day to ensure any cases that require additional information are actioned quickly
