What accident services are supported through Agero?

Agero facilitates accident management services for State Farm; however, the Roadside AID does not include information on accident tow events. 

• Accident scene towing (up to 100 miles)
• Secondary tows from a location other than the accident scene (storage, customer’s home, parking lots, etc.)
• Coordination and completion of storage release payments and requirements
• Accident Assistance crash detection and response (currently available through Drive Safe & Save)
