What accident services are supported through Agero?

Agero facilitates accident management services for State Farm; however, the Roadside AID does not include information on accident tow events.

Accident scene towing (up to 100 miles)
Secondary tows from a location other than the accident scene (storage, customer’s home, parking lots, etc.)
Coordination and completion of storage release payments and requirements
Accident Assistance crash detection and response (currently available through Drive Safe & Save)
