ERS is Emergency Roadside Services. This program is serviced by Agero. It includes both roadside services and towing services.
Roadside services:
- jump starts, tire changes and other onsite mechanical fixes (1 hour labor)
- delivery of fuel and oil or battery and replacement tire (subject to availability)
- Locksmith (1 hour labor)
- Winching (if service can be performed safely within 10 feet from paved road)
Towing services:
- Towing a stuck or disabled vehicle (not related to an accident)
- Towing to the nearest qualified repair facility (plus 10 miles)
- One-time, pre-paid Lyft voucher - up to $30 and valid for 24 hours - to help customers reach their destination
