Comments

On the Reviews page, you will see a column for Comments referring to the questions presented to customers in the Survey after the job has been completed.

Comments refers to the following question in the customer survey:

We appreciate your response. Can you share why you left these ratings?

This question is presented with a text box. This is a great source for verbatims to share with your team.
