1. Select Lookup type, most commonly unit number of last 8 of the VIN.

2. Enter Unit # or Last 8 digits of the VIN, click search.

3. Select the appropriate search result.

4. Result should be "Fully covered"

NOTE: If the vehicle is partially covered or not covered, save the job as a draft and call your OEM specific roadside number. An agent will be able to  collect payment from the customer and complete the job.
