NPS

The Net Promoter Score is a metric used to indicate brand loyalty and customer sentiment, measured by the customer's numeric response, on a scale from 0-10, to the question, "How likely are you to recommend this product or service?"  

  • 0-6 are Detractors
  • 7-8 are Passives or Neutrals
  • 9-10 are Promoters 

The formula used to calculate NPS is:

(Promoters - Detractors)/Total survey respondents
