Request assistance for your customers directly in just a few steps
- Click the blue New Job button in the upper right corner.
- Enter all the job details:
- Enter Customer information
- Enter important information for the dispatch team and provider.
- Provide service information.
- Enter vehicle information.
- Enter customer pick up in location (A) and click the (B) address field, click your dealership from the dropdown.
- Enter alternate contact information if someone other than the customer is with the vehicle.
- Click continue in the bottom right corner of the pop-up to create the job.
TIP: The blue boxes highlight all the required fields. Once you've filled them all in, you'll be able to submit the job.
