Email Notifications

Roadside events through ERS are a great opportunity to engage with your policyholders. Never miss an engagement opportunity by staying up to date on ERS events with email notifications.

There are two email notifications available:

• Completed Jobs: Triggered when a policyholder completes an ERS job.
• NPS Survey Completed: Triggered when a policyholder completes the post event survey

It is easy to opt-in to Email Notifications inside RoadsideAID.

1. Click on the settings icon in the lower left corner.

2. Select the notifications you would like to receive.
