From creating the Insights Dashboard to empower you with unmatched transparency into your performance—providing you insights no other motor club provides— to enhancing our communication with timely updates and actionable metrics, we prioritized equipping you with the tools to thrive. Each quarter brought bold strides forward in our mission to be the easiest motor club you do business with, showcasing our shared commitment to a stronger, more connected network.

PROVIDING TRANSPARENCY & GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES

  • Launched a new program with Mercedes, creating increased volume opportunities for your business growth. 
  • Rewarded over $30,000 to Summer Hustle winners—celebrating outstanding performance and dedication to customer service excellence. 
  • Supported you in managing your volume more effectively through personalized communication on your metrics and insights.
  • Simplified the Invoice Dashboard design to improve usability—making searching, copying/pasting, and sorting faster and more intuitive.

ELEVATING PROVIDER SUPPORT

  • Consistently updated Blueprint, our exclusive vehicle training library, to provide the latest make-and model-specific resources, including a strong focus on EVs, ensuring your team has the most up-to-date information available.
  • Reopened the live job hotline and expanded Live Job Chat options for real-time assistance.
  • Restructured our Resource Center in Swoop so the content was easier to find and access than ever before.
  • Introduced ongoing learning opportunities during our sessions for the Las Vegas and Baltimore American Towman Expo.

DRIVING SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS

  • Updated Job Rejection Reasons in Swoop to include additional options based directly off your feedback.
  • Addressed previous tracking accuracy issues through our latest GPS data enhancements - providing you with a more accurate assessment of your LBT performance. 
  • Provided you with a new dedicated equipment label for motorcycles.
  • Focused on consistent platform updates followed by streamlined communications to improve your needs and keep you up to date with new changes.

Marianna Lovo is an Engagement Marketing Specialist at Agero. She joined the team in 2023 and has helped build communication and marketing materials for Agero's Network Transformation Team. Prior to Agero, Marianna worked in a range of different sectors and brands under the marketing team from cybersecurity and EV to fashion and lifestyle. Marianna has a BA in Communications and Theater from Wake Forest University and an MBA from Boston University.
