WELCOME TO OUR SERVICE PROVIDER SPOTLIGHT SERIES
In our Service Provider Spotlight Series, we aim to provide valuable peer-to-peer knowledge sharing by having you hear directly from other experienced service providers. This series will offer insights, best practices, and personal stories from providers within our network.
In our second series, we spotlight Luis, owner of Elite Towing and Recovery LLC in Mooresville, NC. On his YouTube channel, Tow Universe, Luis talks about his return to Agero's network after leaving several years ago and the positive impact it has had on his business. Candidly, he discusses his initial skepticism about rejoining Agero. However, two years later, he now handles 250 to 400 calls monthly for Agero and has expanded his business to new locations. - Improvements with the Swoop System:
"The Swoop system is so informative, and it's so well put together. The dispatching integrated with Towbook is very streamlined. You can tell they spent a lot of time developing the platform."
- Metrics that Matter:
"The dashboard is amazing, especially for service providers. There are a lot of metrics that give you more information, like NPS scores, call acceptance, ETAs, and job completion. It's great because it helps companies like mine focus on customer service, and that's huge."
- Volume Simulator from the Insights Dashboard:
"The metrics system now has a simulator where you can increase or decrease costs, and it'll show how it's going to affect your volume. That's incredibly useful."
- Blueprint Resources:
"Swoop also provides a lot of resources at our fingertips to help service providers. I think that's something no other motor club is doing."
- Efficiency of Chat:
"Years ago, we had to call in to update jobs. Now with the chat feature, you can get help within 30 minutes. It's a real game changer."
While Luis acknowledges some areas of improvement, including other aspects of the chat system and information provided on jobs, he praises Agero for their significant progress:
"As a motor club I used to criticize, Agero has changed a lot. I honestly think Agero is the best motor club out there right now."
