Find Customer Reviews
Easily look up customer reviews and comments to share with your team
1. Click the Reviews Tab from the top menu.
2. Filter by Q1 Score.
Q1 asked the customer if they would recommend their service to a friend or colleague. This is used to calculate the net promoter score. A promoter score is 9 or 10. A neutral score is 7 or 8 and detractor score is 6 or below.
3. Click on a job to view full case details, survey responses and comments.
