On the Reviews page, you will see Q1, Q2, and Q3 referring to the questions presented to customers in the Survey after the job has been completed.
Q1 is How likely are you to recommend this roadside assistance experience to friends, family or colleagues?
This question may be presented in SMS or in a mobile web experience depending on how your program is configured.
Customers will also have an opportunity to indicate what they liked about their service or what can be improved. This data is all used to help understand and improve the customer experience.
