The easiest way to find Pick Up Location is to use the “Locate Customer” button on the upper righthand corner.
The customer will then receive a text notification with a link that will provide their location.
Click the “Refresh” button to load the customer’s pick up location into the dashboard.
Note: this feature only works if the customer has opted into text and has location services enabled
If the customer has opted out of text messages, you can enter the pick up location by entering an address in the "Pick Up Location" section, or by using the Google Map feature to drag-and-drop the pin to the desired location.
