How do customers select a tow location?
When a customer requests a tow, through both digital and phone channels, they will need to determine a tow destination.
In mobile web and web app channels, customers will be presented with a list of applicable locations that meet their coverage requirements. They can view this information as a list or on a map.
If the customer has a preferred destination not shown, they can always enter in the address at the top.
Once the customer selects a location, they will be asked to confirm and then they can complete their request.
If customers are unsure, they can skip this step and an agent will call them back to assist.
