In order for Agero to dispatch a service provider to tow a vehicle to a Salvage Lot such as IAA or Copart, we require either the Stock # or Lot #.

We cannot dispatch without that information as the assignment must have been confirmed with the Salvage vendor prior to sending the assignment to Agero.  

If this information is not provided upfront, we will reach back out the Claim Owner and document the client action in the case details before a service provider is dispatched.
