  1. Your name, email address and phone number to receive updates
  2. The URL or web site address you are trying to access
  3. Is this impacting multiple users
  4. Is this preventing you from doing your work
Agero will provide you a return call or email with the ticket number for the incident and will update you regularly with updates until the issue is resolved.
