MEDFORD, Mass. – March 1, 2023 – Agero, whose leading B2B software and services enable auto manufacturers, fleets, insurers and others to support their customers at every stage of vehicle ownership, once again received recognition in the Forbes Best Midsize Employers list for its outstanding employee culture and dedication to innovation.
Forbes and Statista selected the America’s Best Employers 2023 through an independent survey applied to a vast sample of approximately 45,000 American employees working for companies with more than 1,000 employees in the U.S. Across 25 industry sectors, 1000 employers have been awarded, 500 large employers and 500 midsize employers. The evaluation was based on direct and indirect recommendations from employees that were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their own employers to friends and family. Employee evaluations also included other employers in their respective industries that stood out either positively or negatively.
“We are extremely proud to be recognized for a second consecutive year as one of the best midsize employers in the country by Forbes, being named alongside other highly respected employers who share the understanding that the employee is at the heart of all that a business does,” said Emma Barnes Brown, Agero’s Chief People Officer. “We congratulate all of our employees for helping us achieve this recognition by being true Change Drivers as we continue to strive to provide a healthy, productive and balanced work environment for everyone.”
Agero has led the driver assistance industry for nearly 50 years, supporting more than 115 million drivers each year. In addition to responding to more than 12 million breakdown and accident events each year, the company also provides consumer affairs, connected vehicle and vehicle transport logistics support on behalf of the world’s leading automobile manufacturers, insurance carriers and other clients.
Earlier this year, Agero was honored by Built in as part of its 2023 Best Places to Work Awards, earning placement on its list of Boston Best Places to Work, Boston Best Large Companies to Work For, and U.S. Best Large Places to Work.
