Agero’s Proactive ETA Model was designed to make the roadside assistance experience as seamless and trouble-free as possible. One of the critical factors impacting customer satisfaction in a roadside event is whether the service provider arrives on time. With customer satisfaction and driver safety in mind, Agero built an automated model that enables proactive engagement with the service provider to address service issues as early as possible, avoiding delays in service. On average, the model can predict an event requiring intervention with greater than 90 percent accuracy, and proactive engagement in at risk cases reduces complaints by 30%.
