Monitoring Active Cases

Monitor all the jobs serviced by your program.

Here's some tips to see what is happening:

1. Dashboard View

Get a quick view of your live events from your dashboard. Use the color coding to call your attention to events that are in progress or delayed.

1. Click on the Dashboard tab from the top menu.

2. Select the In Progress tabs to see current jobs.

3. Click on any job for more detail

2. Map view

Find out where events are happening right now.

1. Click on the Map tab from the top menu

2. Select the In Progress tabs to see current jobs

3. Click on any job for more detail

3. Escalations

Learn more about at risk events.

1. Click on the Dashboard tab from the top menu.

2. Select the Escalation tab. 

3, Click on the ⚠️ icon to learn why the job is escalated.

4. Click on the job for more detail.
