UPDATING TOW DESTTINATION

For cases where the tow-to destination is undetermined, the tow-to location can be updated after the case has been submitted. This feature is available upon request and is disabled by default.

  1. Locate the case in the Reports tab. The case can also be located by doing a direct search.
  2. Click the Destination section to expand. There you you will see a blue Request For Update button.
  3. After selecting the type of location, enter the new destination address, as well as any contact information such as Contact Name and phone number. Additional case information such as missing Claim # or drop off instructions can be submitted through the Special Instructions section.
  4. Once all information has been entered, the request is submitted by clicking the blue Submit button. The request is processed to the Agero case owner who will review and update the case if accordingly. There are circumstances that would prohibit the update. If the case if updated, it will be reflected in the Case Detail in the Destination section.

Once the request is received by Agero the request for a destination update will be visible in the Case History.
