If the tow to destination is unknown:

1. Select Unknown for Tow Destination Type.
2. The dashboard will automatically select if the vehicle is leaking fluids based on the information entered in the Vehicle Damage (Point of Impact) section.
3. Indicate whether the customer’s home is located within 20 miles of the pickup
4. Indicate whether the vehicle needs to be stored overnight with the service provider.
5. If storage is needed, click "Store at Service Provider"
