Connection, Growth, and Belonging: Inside Agero’s Associate Resource Groups

At Agero, we believe that driving the future of vehicle assistance and driver safety requires a workplace where every single employee can thrive. But building a culture like that doesn’t happen by accident–it takes intention. It means actively designing an environment where everyone feels supported, respected, accepted, valued, and empowered to bring their whole selves to work.

A cornerstone of this commitment is our network of Associate Resource Groups (ARGs).

Voluntarily led by passionate Agero associates, our ARGs are employee-driven communities that fuel our culture of inclusion. These groups don't just welcome individuals belonging to specific demographics—they actively embrace allies, creating dynamic spaces where collective growth and mutual understanding flourish.

Whether you're a prospective candidate looking for your next career move or an industry partner curious about what powers our innovation—here is an inside look at how our ARGs shape the Agero employee experience.

The Agero ARG Blueprint: Identity, Wellbeing, and Leadership

Our ARGs span a diverse range of communities, all anchored by three distinct pillars: 1 - Inclusion, 2 - Empowerment & Professional Growth, and 3 - Allyship & Broad Integration.

Bridging the Distance in a Distributed Workforce

With a modern, distributed workforce, ensuring an inclusive environment for everyone, everywhere is a top priority. Agero's ARGs are specifically built to bridge geographical gaps, curating diverse opportunities designed for every associate, regardless of where they work.

No matter where an employee's desk is located, they can fully immerse themselves in our culture through initiatives such as:

  • Virtual Wellbeing Challenges: Hosted by the Health & Wellness group, these digital fitness and wellness challenges keep remote employees moving and connected from home.
  • Hybrid Learning & Events: When an ARG hosts an onsite guest speaker or a "Lunch & Learn," presentations are broadcast via Zoom for seamless remote participation and real-time interaction.
