A New Era for Roadside: Why Agero and Urgently are Better Together

Today marks a defining moment for our teams, our partners, and the millions of drivers we support every day. We are proud to announce that Agero has officially completed its acquisition of Urgently.

In our industry, people often talk about “synergy” or “scale” as corporate buzzwords. But for us, this milestone is about something much more practical: it’s about building a future-ready foundation that can keep up with the intense speed of innovation in mobility today.

Strengthening Our Ecosystem and Accelerating Innovation

We have always believed that the most effective technology is powered by the most comprehensive data. This acquisition brings together the industry’s most advanced digital platforms to create a more comprehensive mobility ecosystem.

Agero & Urgently Better Together - Strengthening Our Ecosystem and Accelerating Innovation

By merging our respective tech stacks and leaning into our combined 14 million annual service events, we are accelerating the continuous learning loop. This isn't just about “big data”—it’s about making our technology smarter for every driver, partner, and service provider. It allows us to refine arrival predictions, optimize provider selection, and provide the level of transparency that makes a stressful situation on the side of the road a little easier.

This milestone also significantly strengthens our combined mobility infrastructure, allowing us to accelerate innovation on new, brand-strengthening services. Whether we are supporting a personal vehicle, a rental, or a commercial fleet, our goal is simple: to take the best capabilities in the industry and make them even more effective through our collective scale.

Stability as our Foundation

While we are excited about what we can build together, we remain grounded in our primary responsibility: performance and continuity.

Today, experiences with us will remain unchanged. The same dedicated teams and platforms will continue to provide the same great service both companies are known for. Our priority is to ensure that our internal growth always supports - and never distracts from - your daily operations. Over the coming months, we will thoughtfully evaluate the best of both organizations to identify the enhancements that offer the most value for our clients, their customers, and our dedicated service providers.

Building What’s Next

We chose to bring our companies together because we saw a unique opportunity to strengthen the industry and better serve our partners. We aren’t just reacting to the changes in the mobility landscape - from the changing direction of EVs to shifting consumer expectations - we are proactively building the resilient, tech-forward infrastructure needed to lead through these changes.

To the teams at Agero and Urgently: thank you for the hard work that brought us to this day. To our clients and service providers: thank you for your continued trust.

We’ve always been focused on the road ahead. Today, that road looks brighter than ever.
