Agero’s Bob Sullivan Wins 2025 National ORBIE® Award

Recognition marks third consecutive year the esteemed award program has honored Sullivan as an industry leader

MEDFORD, Mass. – December 16, 2025 - Agero, the leading white-label provider of digital driver assistance services and software for the majority of automotive and auto insurance companies, has announced that Robert Sullivan, Chief Information Security Officer and Vice President of Technology Shared Services, was named a 2025 National ORBIE® Award winner. Sullivan was one of ten executives who received a national award, which was presented by Inspire Leadership Network, winning in the CISO Large Enterprise category.

The recognition marks the third consecutive year that the ORBIE Awards program has honored Sullivan. He was a 2024 BostonCISO ORBIE Award winner and an award finalist in 2023.

“We’re incredibly proud to see Bob recognized on the national stage for his critical work as our CISO,” said Jeffrey Blecher, Chief Strategy and Digital Officer at Agero. “Every day, Bob makes differences that matter. His foresight and strategic approach in cybersecurity have strengthened our systems and the trust our automotive and insurance partners place in us. This award reflects his commitment to protecting our people, our customers, and our technology, ensuring we remain an industry leader. We’re honored to celebrate this well-deserved recognition of his leadership.”

For more than 25 years, the ORBIE Awards have recognized executives for outstanding leadership and the business value created by technology innovation and enterprise security. The program serves as the preeminent executive recognition for C-suite leaders, honoring leadership excellence, building relationships between executives and trusted business partners, and inspiring the next generation of executives. Finalists and winners are selected through an independent peer-adjudicated process led by prior ORBIE recipients based on criteria that includes leadership and management effectiveness, engagement in industry and community endeavors, and driving meaningful business value and impact.

At Agero, Sullivan leads the company’s technology shared services organization, overseeing cybersecurity, IT operations, and the delivery of reliable IT solutions. He has a proven track record of building award-winning cybersecurity programs, guiding organizations through successful cloud transformations, and developing accessible platforms that elevate the digital experience for users while driving increased efficiency.

“I’m deeply honored to receive this prestigious award, which I view more as a recognition of the exceptional work of my superstar team,” Sullivan said. “Throughout my time at Agero, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside champions and mentors whose dedication, talent, and collaboration make every success possible. I’m also truly grateful for the unwavering support of our leadership team. Together, we’re pushing the boundaries of innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of reliable, secure IT solutions that empower our employees and customers alike.”
