Earlier this month, Chief Marketing Officer Beth Davidson was named a winner of the BostonCMO ORBIE® Award in the Large Enterprise category, recognizing her leadership, innovation, and measurable business impact. With Beth's leadership, Agero has strengthened its brand, and deepened customer and partner engagement. 

Beth's recognition also marked a historic milestone for Agero. Together with former Chief Information Officer Bernie Gracy and Chief Information Security Officer Bob Sullivan, Agero became the first organization since the ORBIE Awards began in 1998 to earn ORBIE awards across the CMO, CIO, and CISO disciplines.



Expanding What’s Possible Through the Acquisition of Urgently


In April of this year, Agero completed its acquisition of Urgently, a technology-forward provider of roadside and mobility assistance with a strong presence in the automotive, fleet, and rental markets. The acquisition brings together two of the industry's leading digital roadside platforms.

Our combined capabilities will accelerate improvements in ETA accuracy, provider selection, operational visibility, and the overall driver experience. 

For our clients, partners, and service providers, continuity remains our top priority. Existing teams and platforms will continue supporting day-to-day operations while integration focuses on delivering meaningful enhancements without disrupting service.

As Vice President of Corporate Marketing, Jeannine is responsible for driving Agero’s corporate marketing and communications strategy, working collaboratively across the business to evangelize Agero’s brand, positioning the company for short and long-term success, and generating broad awareness of Agero’s mission, products & services, and value for all stakeholders. Jeannine has a BS in Communication Studies from Northeastern University and a MA in Integrated Marketing Communications from Emerson College. In her spare time, she can be found experimenting in the kitchen, attending her son’s many soccer games, and planning her next road trip.
