As a leading provider of roadside assistance across North America, Agero supports more than 150 million vehicles and manages approximately 14 million service events each year, where seamless execution is essential.
For more than 50 years, we’ve earned the trust of drivers, automotive manufacturers, insurers, and mobility partners by delivering reliable roadside and accident assistance at scale. Today, that commitment is reflected in industry recognition from Frost & Sullivan, Built In, and the ORBIE Awards, along with our strategic acquisition of Urgently.
Together, these achievements show that exceptional customer experiences require alignment across technology, people, leadership, and operations. That’s the standard we’re committed to maintaining.
Frost & Sullivan’s 2025 North American Digitalized Roadside Assistance Services Company of the Year
Agero was named Frost & Sullivan’s 2025 North American Digitalized Roadside Assistance Services Company of the Year, recognizing our leadership in modernizing the industry through intelligent automation, data-driven operations, and the Swoop platform.
At Agero’s scale, even small improvements in speed, accuracy, and transparency make a meaningful difference for millions of drivers. By combining real-time visibility, platform intelligence, and operational expertise, we deliver faster, more reliable service while providing our partners with greater efficiency and deeper insights.
Frost & Sullivan also recognized Agero as a trusted partner to automotive OEMs, insurance carriers, and mobility providers across North America, organizations that depend on consistent, high-quality service delivery every day.
Built In’s Best Large Places to Work in Boston 2026
Technology powers transformation but people make it possible.
Agero’s sixth consecutive recognition as one of Built In’s Best Large Places to Work in Boston illustrates our commitment to creating an environment where employees can do meaningful, high-impact work.
In a business that operates around the clock and supports tens of thousands of roadside events each day, culture is a competitive advantage. It shapes how our teams collaborate, solve problems, and respond when drivers and partners need us most.
As we integrate new teams, technologies, and capabilities through the acquisition of Urgently, preserving that culture will remain essential to sustaining our growth and delivering exceptional experiences.
Executive Leadership Recognized Across Marketing, Technology, and Cybersecurity
Strong execution starts with strong leadership.
Earlier this month, Chief Marketing Officer Beth Davidson was named a winner of the BostonCMO ORBIE® Award in the Large Enterprise category, recognizing her leadership, innovation, and measurable business impact. With Beth's leadership, Agero has strengthened its brand, and deepened customer and partner engagement.
Beth's recognition also marked a historic milestone for Agero. Together with former Chief Information Officer Bernie Gracy and Chief Information Security Officer Bob Sullivan, Agero became the first organization since the ORBIE Awards began in 1998 to earn ORBIE awards across the CMO, CIO, and CISO disciplines.
Expanding What’s Possible Through the Acquisition of Urgently
In April of this year, Agero completed its acquisition of Urgently, a technology-forward provider of roadside and mobility assistance with a strong presence in the automotive, fleet, and rental markets. The acquisition brings together two of the industry's leading digital roadside platforms.
Our combined capabilities will accelerate improvements in ETA accuracy, provider selection, operational visibility, and the overall driver experience.
For our clients, partners, and service providers, continuity remains our top priority. Existing teams and platforms will continue supporting day-to-day operations while integration focuses on delivering meaningful enhancements without disrupting service.
Continuing to Raise the Bar
These milestones represent more than recognition of past performance. They demonstrate our continued investment in the future of roadside assistance and accident management. From the platforms we build to the people we empower and the partnerships we strengthen, every investment is focused on better outcomes for drivers and clients.
Excellence isn’t a destination. It’s the result of continuous innovation, operational discipline, and an unwavering commitment to serving customers in critical moments.
As the mobility landscape continues to evolve, Agero remains focused on helping shape what’s next. Whether supporting one stranded driver or millions of motorists across North America, our mission is to deliver reliable, technology-enabled assistance when it matters most.
We're not simply adapting to the future of roadside assistance. We’re helping define it.
