Kristin Costas - Senior Director, Product Management

Kristin Costas is a Senior Director at Agero, where she focuses on driving the capability, performance, and efficiency of the company's large-scale operations. In her role, Kristin is currently leading Agero's major Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) migration, transforming the infrastructure behind their customer support and driver assistance networks to optimize agent workflows and elevate the customer experience. Prior to joining Agero, Kristin spent over 12 years at Lytx, Inc., where she held a diverse range of roles across operations and product, ultimately rising to lead product management for their core video services and fleet safety platforms. Based in San Diego, California, she holds an MBA from the University of San Diego and a BA from Calvin University, and she also serves as a local chapter lead for Women In Product.
