Pamela Walsh is the Director, Talent Development and Learning for Agero. She leads strategic and tactical implementation of learning and training programs across Agero. Pamela joined Agero in 2019, bringing extensive experience in employee engagement and talent development from market leaders including Citibank, Barnes & Noble and Prudential. Pamela is based in the Boston area. She holds a BA in Communications from Marywood University.
